Being a community driven pharmacy the Sparkport Group of Pharmacies prides itself in giving back to the communities in which it operates. Part of its success can be attributed to upholding one of its founding principles of upliftment of the community. Sparkport is passionate about contributing positively towards the improvemnt of literacy, poverty alleviation and sports development  within the previously disadvantaged communities. The group is actively involved in sponsoring a wide range of projects, from non- profit organisations, disadvantaged schools, tertiary instititutions and various sporting initiatives. It is through this continous support and loyalty of our valued customers that we have grown to become the largest independent retail pharmacy in the Kingdom of the Zulu, Kwa - Zulu Natal (KZN).

The Sparkport Group has always contributed to youth empowerment and local development projects. Hence various community projects were sponsored at all levels , ranging from non-profit organisations to disadvantaged schools.

Over the last few years the Group has been instrumental in developing sport in KZN. In conjuction with Sydenham Sports Club the Sparkport Challenge is co-hosted and is now in its 14 th year. Part of the CSI programme includes hosting tables at the annual Comrades Marathon. Sparkport sponsored Delta Cricket Cub over a period of three years.
